Inhibition of p38 MAPK leads to less TGF-β-induced cell death. Ramos cells were treated with or without the p38 MAPK specific inhibitor SB203580 for 1 h, followed by incubation with or without TGF-β, stained with PI after 72 h and analyzed by flow cytometry. Presented is percentage of PI-positive cells (mean ± SEM, n = 6).
