Equal numbers of highly purified T cells and B cells (naïve B cells or GC B cells) were cultured for 5 days in the presence of SEB and indicated neutralizing antibodies, and antibody production by B cells was assessed by ELISA. Combined data of 3 independent experiments are shown. "*" and "**"indicate significant differences from naïve T cells and PD-1++ cells respectively.
