From: Enhanced immunogenicity of a functional enzyme by T cell epitope modification
Linear B cell epitopes recognised by sera from guinea pigs immunized with the parent and the variant enzyme. Serum samples from animals immunized with the parent and the variant were used to detect IgG binding to peptides describing the sequence of BPN' Y217L. All sea was diluted 1:1000. Binding was detected with anti-guinea pig IgG. Absorbance results are averaged for four animals in each group.
