ELISA analysis demonstrated the levels of total and P.y MSP-1-specific antibodies in spleen supernatants of P.y17XNL-infected 4-week-old and 8-week-old BALB/c mice. IgG (a), IgG1 (b), IgG2a (c) and P.y MSP-1-specific IgG (d) were measured in supernatants of P.y17XNL-infected 4-week-old and 8-week-old BALB/c mice by ELISA. Results are presented as arithmetic mean of 9 mice each group ± SE. Single asterisk (*) and double asterisks (**) indicate p < 0.05 and p < 0.01, respectively, as compared with control mice.
