NETs release by neutrophils. Isolated neutrophils (5 × 106/mL) from HC, T2DM, stable HFpEF ± T2DM and ADHFpEF ± T2DM patients were incubated at 37 °C for 3 h with PBS (control vehicle) and agonists, LPS (100 nM), PMA (25 nM), or A23187 (5 μM). NETs were quantified using Quant-IT PicoGreen dsDNA detection kit. Data shown as mean ± SEM.
