  1. The analysis is based on the default parameters in D.A.V.I.D. and uses Benjamini-Hochberg correction for multiple testing. Unlike the other Tables, Table 8 lists only three functional annotations because all other related annotations did not have significant p values (< 0.05) when subjected to Benjamini-Hochberg correction.
